Delta Goodrem has revealed that she will play a startling new part in a film.

The former Home and Away actress, who is now a well-known singer-songwriter, will star in the upcoming movie Love Is In The Air.

She shared the good news with her followers on Instagram on Thursday and stated she had been living in The Whitsundays with her boyfriend Matthew Copely while filming the movie.

She wrote: “Very excited to share…..” while posting a carousel of images from the shoot. that I have been residing on a set for a MOVIE! Working diligently on a gorgeous story called “Love Is In The Air” with Jaggi Entertainment and the amazing Roy Billing in the gorgeous Whitsundays… more to come shortly. ! ‘

She can be seen in one image lying in the middle of the road while donning a form-fitting, mid-length white dress, with numerous little airplanes visible in the background.

The singer, who is best known for playing Nina Tucker on Neighbours, has dedicated her life to music since she was just 15 years old and signed to Sony.

2018 saw the release of her most recent film, Olivia Newton John: Hopelessly Committed to You.

Delta portrayed Olivia, who was both the movie’s protagonist and a close friend of hers.

A State memorial for the late singer was held on Sunday at Hammer Hall in Melbourne in honor of the Grease legend, who tragically passed away in August.

Among the A-list celebrities who expressed their memories of the cherished icon, who lost her decades-long battle with cancer in August 2022 at the age of 73, were Mariah Carey, Elton John, Pink, and Dolly Parton.
