The author’s and his alone’s views on GH are expressed here. They’re usually right on point, properly biting, and amusing.

Every fan has their own perspective about General Hospital, and Soap Hub is no different. We watched everything—the good, the ugly, and everything in between—for five days, and now we’re here to give you a helpful recap and a lighthearted analysis of the GH week that was.

General Hospital: The Critic’s POV

Ned (Wally Kurth) is aware that he is in Port Charles and that the year is 2023, but he is unaware that he is not Eddie Maine. Okay, okay. That makes about as much sense as the rest of what is happening, such as why Cody (Josh Kelly) won’t just put Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), Sam (Kelly Monaco), and us viewers out of our misery and expose Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) for the ratbag that she is.

There are only two scenarios in which I will be able to support Eddie Maine: either General Hospital brings Lois back, and in the form of Rena Sofer, the one and only Ms. Cerullo [sorry Lesli Kay]; or it directs him toward Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

I did like Ned and Alexis together, that much is true.I really forward reading your venomous, opposing remarks below!

Further GH Musings

*Once more, Dan and Chris/Chris and Dan, where is Chase’s (Josh Swickard) self-respect when it comes to “Mildew” *ahem* “Millow”? Even if I never see him connect with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) or Michael (Chad Duell), it will still be too soon.

  • With Drew (Cameron Mathison), I simply cannot. CANNOT! What sort of a man, what kind of a parent prioritizes his child over a woman who treated him like trash after realizing he wasn’t the genuine love of her life [which, let’s face it, IS Jason]?

There is no substitute for Tracy versus. Monica’s pure wonderful bitchery, but Tracy vs. Olivia will do.
