Daniel Osbourne gets caught out in Coronation Street as he mets up with sex worker Nicky Wheatley and Roy Cropper finds out his fate after his shock arrest in relation to Lauren Bolton’s “murder”

This week, two well-known faces are back at Weatherfield.

As he attempts to assist Dee-Deel Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) with Roy Cropper’s (David Neilson) bail application, Joel Deering (Calum Lill) of Coronation Street discovers that she has been the target of several death threats via email.

Unfortunately, Roy’s plans are dashed when the judge rejects his appeal and mandates that he remain under detention after his apprehension in relation to the alleged “murder” of Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton).

In an attempt to find out where Lauren is, Rob Mallard’s character Daniel Osbourne meets up with Nicky Wheatley (Kimberly Hart-Simpson) and her friend Deana. However, Daniel is unaware that Max Turner (Paddy Beaver) is excitedly observing as he explains to Bobby Crawford (Jack Carroll) that he recognizes Nicky as a sex worker and that Daniel is obviously hiding something.
