Charlotte had agreed to start therapy with Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) in exchange for Valentin letting her go without trick or treating her alone.

Charlotte reluctantly agrees to speak with Kevin even though she didn’t think she needed therapy and doesn’t believe she’s done anything wrong.

Valentin placed a tracker in her phone, but he refrained from violating her privacy by searching her room—even though he was legally allowed to do so.

It wasn’t an issue because her phone is on his cell phone plan; he simply activates it from his phone. When Charlotte is asleep, he decides to add one more step. He implants a bug in her phone that sends video back to him.

GH Spoilers: He Hopes There Won’t Be Anything He Can’t Unsee

He can’t even bring himself to consider whether or not teenage girls’ parents worry about their sexual activity, but he hopes the camera captures nothing he can’t unsee!

No parent would have given birth control to Charlotte, including him and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), when she was a guest.

Although everyone is aware that Charlotte has been hanging out with Jake Webber (Hudson West), Laura Collins (Genie Francis) also made no mention of it, and it doesn’t seem to be a very serious situation.

Even so, Valentin is more concerned about what Charlotte might do to Anna than he is about what the camera might send back to him.

As it turns out, Charlotte discovers Anna’s new address when she stops by to tell Valentin about it. Because Charlotte believes Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) not only influenced but also probably programmed her, she feels compelled to defend Papa from Anna.

Long ago, when Valentin’s love for Anna was getting in the way of his plans for his son, Victor had plotted to use Charlotte against Anna and as a way to exact revenge on him.

Valentin follows Charlotte to Anna’s new residence, where he records her actions on camera. Once more, she is seen carrying a propane can and a barbecue lighter.

Not only is Valentin alarmed by Charlotte’s actions, but he is also horrified by them. Charlotte can’t lie her way out of getting caught by his little firebug!
