General Hospital Spoilers: TJ’s Concerns About Kristina Aren’t Unfounded — But Will They Become A Self-Fulfilling Prophecy?

According to General Hospital spoilers, Tajh Bellow’s character TJ Ashford is still extremely worried about Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) carrying their child in lieu of him and Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

He can’t help but fear that when Kristina ultimately gives birth to a child that is biologically her own, this will all end in disaster, even if she hasn’t shown any signs of anxiety.

TJ emphasizes that there isn’t a final goal when the surrogate disappears into the background. Rather, Kristina will always be in their lines and will always know that the child of TJ and Molly is her own. He doesn’t think she’s emotionally stable and mature enough to manage that. Is he mistaken?

General Hospital Spoilers — Molly is the Aunt

Technically, Kristina is the biological mother to this child, and TJ is the biological father. He didn’t have much time to think about how that made him feel before Molly was fully invested in Kristina being their egg donor so that she could have a genetic tie to their child, too.

TJ hasn’t had time to even consider what this will be like someday for their child — learning their aunt is really their mom, genetically. Will they even make it that far as a family, or are Molly and TJ destined to lose their dream of being parents together as soon as the baby is born?

GH Spoilers Hint Kristina Goes for the Jugular

This previous week, Molly’s worries about not being able to make the most recent doctor’s appointment were all dismissed by Kristina.

Kristina shrugged it off, saying she and TJ had too much work to be there. But if things keep happening like this, Kristina might eventually begin to see their lack of involvement to be more worrying.

Molly might even begin to think that TJ isn’t genuinely interested in having this child and that she isn’t investing the necessary amount of time to be a good mother. But would she have the courage to say something like that to her sister?

General Hospital Spoilers — Be Careful What You Wish For

Because TJ isn’t being open and honest with Molly about his worries about Kristina, there may eventually be resentment. If everything goes wrong and he subsequently tells Molly that he was concerned about this happening all along, she might start to hold it against him.

Is it possible for Kristina to leave this experience without feeling like she’s the child’s mother? Will she be able to break off contact and witness her niece or nephew grow up referring to Molly as “mom” rather than her?

As TJ keeps running these ideas through his head in the hopes that he’s merely a nervous wreck, the gravity of the scenario if his darkest nightmares come true may completely destroy his domestic relationship with Molly.
