‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: What Is Next for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson)?

Spoilers for “General Hospital” (GH) suggest that Josh Kelly’s character Cody Bell and Sofia Mattson’s character Sasha Corbin may have a future after all. Cody was saddened to hear that Sasha desired to move on after he had saved her from ruin. Will the couple have a future now that she has had a change of heart?

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Being a Hero

Sasha Corbin lost her young husband and her son. She experienced terrible losses that depressed her. She experienced a few episodes and developed a prescription drug addiction.

The court determined that her mother-in-law, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs), would be her guardian because she needed assistance with these problems.

Sasha came to the realization that she wanted to be “free” from the guardianship as she began to recover and find her footing once more. She desired to be independent in her life and to manage her money.

Sasha had no idea that Gladys was using her money to settle her enormous debt from gambling. Gladys enjoyed playing poker, but she was losing a lot of money at Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) tables.

Sasha needed medical clearance, and the court assigned Darin Toonder’s character, Dr. Damon Montague, to assess her. Sadly for Sasha, Glady’s gambling partner was Montague. He agreed to assist Gladys in keeping Sasha unstable in exchange for hard currency because he wanted her to be able to continue playing.

Cody thought Gladys was manipulating things. He attempted to warn others about this, but until things got really bad, nobody was really paying attention. Ultimately, Sasha attempted to stab Cody while under the influence of drugs, leading to her being admitted to Ferncliff Hospital for the Criminally Insane. Sasha was saved from certain death when Cody broke into Ferncliff.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Leaving Town

Sasha came to the conclusion that the suffering she had been through in the past was simply unbearable. She’s hoping for a fresh start. Sasha makes the decision to move to Austin, Texas, and pack everything up. Even though she doesn’t know anyone there, it might be exactly what she needs to get away from Port Charles’ suffering.

Cody opposes her leaving. He is beginning to feel a strong emotional connection with her and truly cares about her. He still can’t quite put it into words. Sasha knows she doesn’t want to go as soon as she gets on the road. In the end, she returns and declares her intention to stay.

Will Cody tell Sasha how he really feels? Will they start a romantic relationship with one another? How do you feel? Are they a compatible couple?
