Even before they began sharing beds, Anna (Finola Hughes) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) were clear that they would always put the other person first, with the exception of their respective daughters. Robin (Kimberly McCullough) would always be more important to Valentin than Anna, and Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) would always be more important to Anna than Valentin. Anna, do you remember that discussion?

If she does, she might be somewhat sympathetic when the truth eventually comes to light. She’ll comprehend why Valentin felt he had to prioritize Charlotte.
