Remi and Bree’s latest drama is resolved.

In the most recent Australian episode of Home and Away, Mercedes Da Silva’s farewell scenes were broadcast.

As her narrative with Remi Carter and Bree Cameron came to a close, Mercedes withdrew out of Summer Bay.

Mercedes’ presence in the Bay recently threatened to rift Remi and Bree, according to a recent storyline that aired on Channel 7 in Australia.

Remi turned off Mercedes’ advances because he wanted to stick beside Bree.

When Bree learned what had occurred, she defended herself by telling Mercedes that Remi wouldn’t be seduced.

In the episode airing on Thursday, Mercedes threatened to permanently leave the Bay in response to the argument, which scared Bree.

Bree was worried that Lyrik would suffer if Mercedes decided to leave now because she was still needed for the band’s final album recordings.

Mercedes first made a clear commitment to leave, leaving Lyrik defenceless.

Fortunately, she decided against leaving after telling Remi that she would honour her promises to Lyrik.

We both know that this record requires my special touch, Mercedes said to Remi. So, are we actually doing this?

After one more recording, Mercedes and Remi were able to part ways amicably. Bree respected her too, despite their prior disagreements.

Mercedes, played by Amali Golden, made her first appearance on Australian screens in late May. Coincidentally, these first scenes air on Channel 5 in the UK next week.

This week’s episodes in Australia have also featured the final scenes for Andrew Lawrence, played by Joshua Hewson.
