Home and Away's Tane Parata and Felicity Newman face new wedding drama

Tane Parata and Felicity Newman, a married couple from Home and Away, will be fighting over their wedding on UK television next week.

Felicity was recently involved in a serious accident in her wedding car on the way to the ceremony, which turned the couple’s special day into a complete tragedy.

When Tane says he’d like to change the wedding date in the scenes that will be on Channel 5 the following week, Felicity becomes concerned.

Tane believes that now that maid of honor Eden Fowler is making progress in her recuperation from her involvement in the accident, it is the appropriate moment.

Tane is unaware that Felicity is still plagued by horrific memories and is therefore far from being prepared to resume wedding planning.

Felicity’s loved ones are unaware that she is covertly abusing alcohol to cope with her emotional suffering, even smuggling alcohol bottles from her place of employment.

Felicity throws an impromptu party at the Parata home as she searches for another way out.

Felicity is joined by her brother Cash, who’s struggling with his own problems in the fallout from the crash.

Tane is shocked when he arrives home to discover the party. Felicity encourages him to get in the party mood, while Cash defends his sister and points out that she deserves a chance to blow off some steam.

The truth soon dawns on Tane as he realises that Felicity has thrown the party to avoid all talk of the wedding.
