A West End superstar, a S Club singer, and a World Champion boxer have already been added to the Dancing on Ice lineup for 2024, but there are still lots of other celebrities to be revealed.

Roxy Shahidi, an actress from Emmerdale, has joined the Dancing on Ice lineup for 2024.

The 40-year-old soap icon would be the fifth confirmed celebrity in the cast of the upcoming season.

The Sun claims that Roxy has registered to participate.

Even though she is most known for her role as Leyla Harding in the ITV soap drama, she is not the first soap star to be included in this year’s competition.

In addition, Roxy is said to have a “secret advantage” according to the publication.

The actress holds a certification as a yoga coach outside of her playing career.

A source close to the situation said: “Roxy is extremely flexible so she’ll have no problem getting into some of the more demanding positions needed for the difficult routines she’ll have to tackle.”

Love Island contestant Amber Davies, S Club actress Hannah Spearritt, and World Boxing champion Ricky Hatton will be present with Claire.

Amber has previously been on reality television; in fact, she memorably won the third season of Love Island in 2017.

Since then, the Welsh performer has gained enormous popularity in West End shows like Back to the Future and 9 to 5 The Musical.

Hannah, however, is accustomed to the spotlight as one of S Club 7’s founding members.

The Channel 4 series Brookside is where Claire is most known from until she joined Coronation Street this year.

Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson was declared the series’ victor in 2023 following a tough final against Joey Essex and The Vivienne.

A professional skater named Olivia Smart was teamed with the 27-year-old.
