Stephen Reid from Coronation Street has been considering moving to Thailand with his girlfriend Jenny Connor, according to an exclusive report.

Todd Boyce, who plays Stephen Reid on Coronation Street, has spoken out about the demise of his character and acknowledged that it was “perfectly timed” and that the “audience will be pleased.”
Stephen has been careful to keep the murders of Leo Thompkins (Joe Frost), Teddy Thompkins (Grant Burgin), and Rufus Donahue (Steve Meo) a secret throughout the past few weeks.
But according to recent official Coronation Street rumors, Carla Connor (Alison King) will learn that Stephen had been giving her LSD to take over Underworld.
As she begins to look into what happened and speaks with DS Swain (Vicky Myers), she is informed that she needs more proof and becomes even more desperate to bring Stephen to justice, unintentionally assisting in the discovery of his killings.
Since Stephen accidentally dropped his tie pin when killing Rufus, his demise has been inevitable.

Viewers will see Stephen’s lies and crimes all come crashing down in subsequent scenes, with an eventual conclusion that actor Todd had felt was the “perfect” timing.
Todd said in a statement to Express.co.uk and other media, “I think the audience will be delighted with how everything shakes out.People have noted that numerous killers in history have gone unpunished for years at a time, but in the realm of soap operas, you can only tolerate such injustice for so long, therefore I believe the timing is appropriate.

“Ian and I once discussed staying a little longer, but I couldn’t be happier with the time frame and the means; I think it is perfect and I am overjoyed with it,” she said.
In the week leading up to his demise, Jenny Connor (Sally-Ann Matthews) is eagerly making plans for her new life with Stephen in Thailand, not realizing he was the one who killed her boyfriend.
The citizens of Weatherfield are startled that he has been lurking in plain sight for such a long time while the story plays out.

Will they be able to catch Stephen before he commits another murder? The quest to bring Stephen down has begun before he can add to his list of victims.
After Stephen is revealed and their lives are completely turned upside down, how will the cobbles recover? Will they support one another, or will families clash?
