Tane will soon ask Felicity if she would reconsider having a child with him on the Australian version of Home and Away. Will her denial cause the couple to split?

In forthcoming episodes of Home and Away, Tane will surprise Felicity with another sizable proposal that could spell the end of their romance, according to a new ad.

Tane (Ethan Browne) and Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) first met when Tane went to a bar to attempt to forget about his ex Ziggy (Sophie Dillman), who had lately reconnected with her ex-boyfriend Dean (Patrick O’Connor). This was two years ago.

The sassy young lady made an impression on the Parata brother right away when she hopped up on the bar and started dancing Coyote Ugly before hopping behind it to get a drink.

Tane and Flick stayed the night together, and when Tane went to leave the next morning, he was shocked to see local police officer Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright), who also happened to be Flick’s brother and housemate, in the yard.

After his recent separation, Tane was only seeking for a quick fling, thus their relationship got off to a rocky start when he rejected Felicity. He soon began to feel like he was being followed and received red roses from an unknown person; he assumed Flick was the stalker.

Flick was compelled to utilize an AVO against Tane as he continued to accuse her.

In the end, it was revealed that Flick’s friend Anne (Megan Smart), who had a vendetta against Tane because he treated her badly on the night of Ryder’s (Lukas Radovich) 21st birthday, was really to blame.

With that out of the way, Tane and Felicity eventually realized they did have feelings for one another. Over the course of the last two years, they have become engaged, almost got married, and then officially married.

Tane, a family man, was shocked to discover Felicity didn’t want children early on in their relationship. Tane told Flick she was enough for him despite his disappointment, and the conversation was put to rest.

Tane surprised Felicity with a significant proposal last week. When her husband said that he merely wanted them to leave their current lives in Summer Bay and relocate to New Zealand, Felicity was somewhat relieved after initially freaking out and thinking that he wanted to reopen the topic about babies.

Tane increased the pressure as he revealed that he had identified a piece of property on which they could construct their own home and that they needed to make an offer right now in order to secure it. This left Felicity feeling uncertain.

Felicity concurred, and it appeared that the two were about to cross the Tazman!

This week, Tane makes a second proposal to Felicity, which is the one she had been dreading. Felicity is once again taken by surprise.

Tane says to Felicity as they walk together at the beach, “We’ve changed. It prompted me to question whether circumstances have changed for you.

What would you think if we tried to have a baby?

Felicity’s expression says it all.

She bolts, and Tane can certainly infer from her behavior that she hasn’t changed her mind.

In the courtyard of the Lyrik residence, Felicity soon confides in Eden, telling her closest friend: “It’s my choice to make.”

Tane is hurt, though, and I have to deal with it.

I want to avoid hurting you. Later, when they reunite at the beach, she tells him.

“I’m never going to reconsider having a child.”

Felicity queries Tane, “Where does that leave us?” later as they reassemble on the couch in the Parata living room.

Tane tells Felicity, despite his earlier assurances that he was fine with her not wanting children and that she was enough, “I don’t know where that leaves us.”

Felicity is all too aware of Tane’s promises.

She tells him, “You looked me in the eye and told me that I was enough.” The question is, “Am I still enough for you?”

The couple is pictured in the promo sitting by a fire outside, looking sorrowful.

Will this destroy them?

Tane and Felicity are not moving to New Zealand anytime soon, as evidenced by recent sightings of Ethan Browne and Jacqui Purvis filming, but there is no official word on whether the couple is still together.
