According to Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) finds that despite her best efforts to lead an honest, drama-free life, something “pulls her back in”.
Finding a means to repay the insurance company $2.2 million for her fictitious death claim is her present problem. There will be consequences for taking this money when Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) rides to Red’s aid.
Spoilers for Y&R: Here We Go Again!
According to Y&R spoilers, Tucker offered Phyllis a deal last week: if she broke into Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) bank records, he’d give her the cash she needed to pay off the insurance company. She accepted the offer.
Red is frantic to pay off her debt, and Tucker is desperate to get Jabot. Phyllis is equally driven to show her children that she can achieve success without lying, cheating, or engaging in any shady behavior in Genoa City.
Working with Tucker on this “project” seems to have Red torn, and she should be. She has a great deal to lose.
Sadly, it appears that Phyllis still prefers drama over turning the other cheek after her most recent fiasco.
It Wasn’t That Long Ago That She Sat Before a Judge (Y&R Spoilers)
After all, it’s only been a few weeks since Phyllis appeared before a court, with Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) defending her and Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) hoping Red would get the boot.
The judge was not too harsh with Phyllis for trying to fake her own death, but she was given the following warning if she appeared before her again.
Red has a $2.2 million debt to pay off, but if she goes through with Tucker’s plan to hack into Billy’s finances, she’s playing with fire.
Irony is still prevalent in the land of soap operas, and if she were to get discovered, she would probably face the same judge who had previously granted her leniency. She won’t have the same luck the following time.
