Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Genoa City will see some breathtaking returns. While Veronica Redd has made a significant reappearance in the small town recreating her Mamie Johnson role and Michael Damian recently played fan favorite Danny Romalotti for an extended run, it seems like another well-known figure is coming to town.
Highlights from The Young and the Restless Spoilers
Friend and former Y&R coworker Tricia Cast is returning to GC to reprise her Nina Webster role, actress Lauralee Bell (Christine Blair) announced on her Instagram account.
It appears that the former band is reuniting!
This is a “good surprise,” writes Bell in the post, adding that “Tricia” is back and posting a photo of the two together.
Although Nina’s airdate and length of stay in Genoa City are currently unknown, it will be wonderful to see her reunited with Cricket and Danny as well as her son Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd).
Will she, however, have any more dramatic encounters with Melissa Ordway’s Abby Newman-Abbott? She might also clash with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), since Nina might not approve of the age gap between her kid and his new friend. Fans will have to watch to find out in any case!
Nina recently visited Genoa City in March for the major bicentennial celebration, where she and Abby got into a fight. Now that more time has gone and Chance has moved on, hopefully the two can get along if they cross paths again.

In the summer of 1986, Tricia made her Y&R debut as Nina, a character who was a pregnant teen who Cricket befriended. She was a regular cast member for the daytime drama for 15 years and is the only actress to have played the storied character. She departed the show in 2001, but has intermittently returned since 2008.
