The Young And The Restless: Traci’s Last-Ditch Effort To Mend The Abbott Family
Traci will vent her frustrations to her book agent, who also happens to be a longtime friend of the Abbott family, in the Young and the Restless episode airing on Thursday. In a commemorative episode, Kym Douglas will play Zelda Winston in memory of her late husband, Jerry Douglas. Traci will receive guidance from Zelda on how to handle the ongoing conflict between her siblings. Zelda will also get to meet Diane when she is at the Abbott residence.
Traci hopes that their home will serve as a safe haven and a constant reminder of what is most important. According to Y&R spoilers, Traci will take control of the conflict to prevent it from escalating. She will thus text Jack, Ashley, and Billy in a hurry. She thinks it’s time for everyone to end their problems for good. Traci is adamant about bringing harmony back to the family and will serve as a mediator.
Traci encourages Billy to take part in the conflict even though Ashley and Jack are the major targets. This way, she will have an ally. Billy will concur that it is imperative for the family to achieve harmony. Jack and Ashley, though, are as obstinate as ever. Traci will erupt violently due of Ashley and Jack getting into yet another dispute. According to teasers for The Young and the Restless, Traci will exhort Ashley and Jack to think about their father and ask themselves how he would feel about the continued animosity.
The will reminder, however, merely encourages further conflict. Traci eventually makes the decision to cut ties with her siblings and counsels them on how to handle their own rage. Traci will continue to question whether she has actually improved matters despite her best efforts. Ashley and Jack will deal with memories of their father, John Abbott, as the episode comes to a close.
