Angelina Thomson, who has played Kirby Aramoana on Home and Away since 2022, is in love with her boyfriend, a theater performer named Lachlan Dearing, outside of the soap opera.
The role of Kirby Aramoana on the Channel 5 soap opera, Home and Away, is best known to Angelina Thomson.
In July 2022, the actress made her acting debut as Kirby, one of the band Lyrik’s four members.
After their relationship ended, Kirby has been finding it difficult to keep up a friendship with Theo Poulous (Matt Evans).
It appeared that Kirby and Theo were once again friends after she at last confided in her ex about a surfing accident.
But on Wednesday’s episode (September 6), Theo felt humiliated by his ex-girlfriend after she responded to a question in his place because he froze at the release of Lyrik’s album.
Actress Angelina’s love life is much less complicated outside of the soap opera because she is settled with her boyfriend Lachlan Dearing.
Since February 2022, Angelina and Lachlan have been dating, and they frequently post pictures of themselves together on Instagram.
The soap star first added her boyfriend to her grid in March 2022 with a cuddly photo and the caption, “Very happy. Very fortunate.
Lachlan, a 25-year-old theater performer, is well known for his singing and dancing abilities.
He won Young Talent Time in 2012 and, the following year, as a member of the pop group Dapper, reached the final of Australia’s Got Talent.
While Angelina is based in Sydney working on Home and Away, Lachlan is currently traveling the world with Hamilton.
They acknowledged that despite the distance, Facetime dates and flying visits are what keep their relationship going during the months apart in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
When they marked their one-year wedding anniversary earlier this year, Angelina shared a number of adorable pictures to mark the occasion.
“One year with my squid,” she penned. “I am so blessed to call this man my love and teammate!”
“Tbh, just berry grateful our paths crossed as and when they did and excited to continue doing life’s adventure with him by my side,” the TV personality continued.
Recently, the couple traveled to New York to escape their busy schedules.
As they were standing in front of the Brooklyn Bridge in the first post, Angelina planted a kiss on her boyfriend’s cheek.
They visited all the popular tourist attractions, and Angelina noted: “DAY 1 in NYC. Wild. So very strange.
“Jet lag. So much coffee… average but absolutely necessary. Straight to Broadway. M&M. Times Square. Radio City. Central Park. Sore feet. Subway. Dumbo. Brooklyn Bridge.
“Tired eyed giggles. Full bladders. Subway. Naps. First Broadway show… OMG incredible. Timesquare at night. Pizza and unpacking.”
She gushed: “All with my best friend… wowoweewow I love you”.
Another video featured a clip Angelina and Lachlan on the viewing platform of the Empire State Building, with the couple sharing a sweet kiss in front of the camera.
